A VarAC update also deserves a VarAC_Bot update to match a full control of your station. This update brings the full support of new types of stations when decoding CQ and Beacons signals:

Hi all! ✌️ New release, new features!!!! And this one will be interesting not only for EmComm Teams but for anyone who wants to add a filters in Telegram notifications.

This is a correction release. When a new user in VarAC or VarAC don´t received all events yet, the bot crashes without any message right after start.
